Little Novelist works great as a single lamp, but when used as a set something special is added. Every lamp is unique, and the repetition of the porcelain shades becomes a fascinating visual treat. The light is diffused in an easing manner, emitting perfect lighting above a table.
The shade of the Little Novelist pendant is made by hand with slip-casting porcelain. It is carefully made so thin, that the light glows through when the lamp is switched on. By its design, the porcelain will only glow in the bottom half of the shade, with a beautiful transition to not glowing at the top. Small traces of imperfections reveal the authentic beauty of this ceramic material.
